In collaboration with GE, and launched a series of major silicone rubber products, technology publication and marketing activities.
Former President, Mr. J.L. Lin, was invited by GE and accompanied professionals visiting GE Silicones Headquarters at Waterford, New York, USA for a bilateral joint venture memorandum. Howren became an exclusive agent of GE Silicones in Taiwan.
Started collaboration with GE, and authorized by GE to be the first introducing of silicone rubber into Taiwan; a number of regional and US supervisors went to Taiwan to assist in the promotion of silicone rubber raw material products, and launched a series of important conferences.
